The muzzle application device for the safe placement of a muzzle on dangerous dogs was developed, built, and tested in cooperation with the Kaiserslautern Animal Welfare Association.
- The device is attached from the outside to an adapter frame, which serves as an “airlock” between the muzzle device and the kennel grid.
- Safe application of the muzzle outside the danger zone is ensured at all times.
- The muzzle device is removable, making it possible to use it on different kennels. Only the adapter frame remains permanently attached to the grid and can be closed with a sliding door.
- The muzzle device is adjustable in length and height to adapt individually to each dog.
- Two versions are available: a lightweight, easy‑to‑handle model made of powder‑coated aluminum, and a heavy‑duty version made of high‑quality stainless steel for larger dogs.
- All edges are rounded and deburred to prevent injury to the dog.
- The adapter frame is designed so that it can be mounted on the most common kennel grids.
- Manufactured using state‑of‑the‑art 2D laser cutting machines with a tolerance of 0.1 mm and high‑quality materials made in Germany, the device is reliable and fully functional for many years.
